You retain all intellectual property rights to your original manuscript. By engaging our services, you grant Edmondson Books LLC a limited license to use your content solely for providing the agreed-upon services.
Payment terms and schedules will be specified in your Service Agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
You agree to provide timely feedback, maintain accurate contact information, ensure you hold rights to all content submitted, and comply with all applicable laws.
We treat all manuscript content and project information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services.
Edmondson Books LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Solano County, California.
